This privacy statement has been created to show that we care about the privacy of our users, as well as to inform them about how we collect and process personal data on this website. At check-in, you agree to present your identification documents for tourist evidence in the Information System of Tourist Boards of the Republic of Croatia – eVisitor (Law on sojourn tax, National Gazette 152/08). Your data is collected for statistical processing and is used only by the Tourist boards, public authorities and Ministries relating to this procedure (Ministry of tourism and Tourist inspection, Ministry of internal affairs and Ministry of finances – Customs authorities).

Your data, which is in particular:

• Your master data (last name, first name, address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number, date of birth, customer number) as well as language.
• The data in travel documents (passport number, passport data, date of birth, issuing authority, duration, nationality) and identity documents (identity card, driver’s license, etc. together with issuing authority and term).
• The details of the method of payment and payments, in particular debit cards, credit cards, bank cards, and PayPal.
• The length of stay you request. The destinations.

Disclosure of your identity

We do not reveal the identity of our clients. However, we may show your personal information in cases when we have either obtained your explicit consent or have to respond to government inquiries and requests from public authorities.
